Description
The TP-POE-HP-48G-RC is a special Power over Ethernet (PoE Injector) inserter offered by Tycon Power, which stands out with its regulated 48VDC PoE output. Unlike many higher power inserters that output 56V, this inserter is specifically regulated to 48VDC, making it compatible with devices sensitive to higher voltages.
Moreover, these midspan power sources deliver quality performance for years of reliable operation, even in the toughest conditions. The device accepts data input through a shielded RJ45 jack and provides surge-protected data output and power through the shielded RJ45 output jack. It efficiently supplies power to remote devices on Ethernet pins 4,5 (V+) and 7,8 (V-). For further flexibility, the Ethernet specification supports distances up to 100 meters (328 feet), ensuring wide compatibility.
Additionally, the units are autoranging, so they seamlessly accept AC inputs from 90VAC to 264VAC (50/60 Hz) and supply regulated 48VDC at 60W with load regulation within 5%. This feature enhances adaptability to different power environments.
