Description
The POE-EXT-GD-HP is a high-quality, high-power, shielded Gigabit Ethernet and PoE Injector extender designed to extend Ethernet connections beyond the standard 100-meter limit. By using multiple units, Ethernet and PoE can be extended up to 300 meters over CAT5/CAT6 cables. This versatile device operates with PoE power, eliminating the need for additional power sources. Moreover, the units can accept Mode A (Pins 1,2,3,6) or Mode B (Pins 4,5,7,8) PoE, making them compatible with 802.3af, 802.3at, or 48V Passive PoE.
Furthermore, the rugged outdoor weatherproof enclosures, constructed from powder-coated aluminum, are rated to IP66. These enclosures protect the units against harsh environmental conditions, ensuring long-lasting performance. Additionally, the units meet outdoor temperature ratings of -25°C to +55°C, making them suitable for various climates and settings.
